My absolute #1 favorite milk tea drink is here and it is the honey roasted milk tea. Never fails to excite my taste buds, plus, this place is nearby where I live so it is a main go-to boba place for me!
This is one of my favorite boba places! I ordered the Cupid tonic and it was perfectly sweet. I like the lychee and sparkling water blend as it's refreshing with a bubbly aftertaste. The boba was a bit on the chewy side and I wish it was a bit more firm but I would still come back here!
Good-tasting drinks, consistent results, nice employees, quick service, friendly prices (it's like they never got the memo about inflation), and an awesomely late closing time of 11 PM. What's not to like?
Living in SSF, there's not a ton of boba places. But there is Milk Tea Lab that's conveniently located on El Camino (street parking in front of their shop is usually abundant). Milk Tea Lab is open fairly late to satisfy your milk tea cravings. They are also available on a few food delivery apps. Between me and my partner we've tried a handful of items, but I keep coming back to Boba Crush and Honey Roasted Milk Tea. IMO their drinks are sweeter than other shops, so if you like a lightly sweet bevy, I'd request an even less sweet level here.
This is one of the only Boba spots in the area that close pretty late. They have really consistent drinks that I rotate around. Their boba is always perfect not too sweet. And the service is always very good, no matter what time you walk in. They have two claw machines, two vending machines, and some small business merch going on the side as well. FAIR WARNING however, it's right next to South City High school so I definitely don't recommend going right when school comes out because the wait can be a nightmare and annoying. Parking is always hit or miss also. My order : Roasted honey milk tea with grass jelly - I add boba sometimes but honestly doesn't really need it. This is my favorite thing to order on the menu I always recommend this to everyone. Mango 101 - If I'm feeling fruity, I usually order this. It's pretty sweet, but the good kind. All of their 101 drinks are pretty good, I was recommended by one of the servers when I wasn't feeling tea that night.
Decent boba. We came by on a Friday afternoon after school and ordered a few drinks and they came out within a minute. Drink tasted good but there wasn't anything noteworthy about it that made it really stand out to me. I do think their decor is cool though - it's designed to look like a chemistry lab, hence the name of the shop.
Quick service and we enjoyed being able to choose less or more ice and less or more sugar in our drinks! Went for the later hours and because it was close to the SFO airport. The ambiance was okay, not the most amazing decor but did well and open late :)
Went for Dessert Food - 5/5. Jasmine tea had a strong floral aroma with a clean taste. The milk made it creamy while still maintaining a crisp texture. Sweetness was just right and the boba had a great chew to them. Mango lover was loaded with fresh mango flavors. The fruit was cut up nicely to provide a bite but remain drinkable. The cream was mango flavored as well making for a delicious explosion of mango flavor. Service - 4/5. Fast and courteous service. Value - 5/5. Their drinks have great flavor and good portion sizes. Prices are very reasonable with most large specialty drinks being $6-$6.50. Excellent bubble tea! Parking - Street (Free)
